• Please bring Originals on 1st day of course for verification along with
• Passport size Photographs - 2 Nos

Scanned copies of the following to be sent by email :

• Pre Sea Training Certificate ( OR ) Second Mate FG / NWKO–NCV Course Completion Certificate
• ROSC & ARPA Certificate
• Bridge Watch-keeping Certificate (min-3 months)

For GMDSS

• Please bring Originals on 1st day of course for verification along with
• Recent Photograph (photo with Tie) - 5 nos of specific size of 3cm width x 4cm length. (scanned photo not acceptable).

ATTESTED Copies: by Gazetted Officer (with Seal in English)

• Plus-2(PCM) Certificate/Mark sheet (Front and Back side) - 2 nos.
• Passport (First page & last page) - 2 nos.
