COVID 19 SOP FOR STUDENTS

1. Students must declare that they had /have no sign and symptom of COVID 19.


2. Students must declare that there is no COVID19 cases at home/nearby area.


3. Students must declare that their House is not in hot spot/containment area.


4. Should ensure strict precautions enroute to campus.


5. Should download ‘ArogyaSethu’ app.


6. Should ensure Physical distancing of at least 6 feet to be followed as far as feasible.


7. Use of face covers/masks is mandatory.


8. Frequent hand washing with soap (for at least 40-60 seconds) even when hands are not visibly dirty.


9. Use of alcohol-based hand sanitizers (for at least 20 seconds) can be done wherever feasible.


10. Respiratory etiquettes to be strictly followed. This involves strict practice of covering one's mouth and nose while coughing/sneezing with atissue/handkerchief/flexed elbow and disposing off used tissues properly.


11. Self-monitoring of health should be done by all and illness, if any, should be reported at the earliest.


12. Spitting indiscriminately in open area is strictly prohibited.


13. Student living in containment zones will not be allowed to attend the Institution.


14. Student shall also be advised not to visit areas falling within containment zones.


15. Instead of biometric attendance, there will be facial recognition attendance.


16. All participants who are at higher risk i.e. student who have underlying medical conditions to take extra precautions.


17. Student will be allowed after thermal screening if any symptomatic found he will be referred to the nearest health center.


18. Students need to wear masks throughout the day.


19. Sharing of items like laptops, notebook, stationary etc. amongst students should not be allowed.


20. Participants to bring their own water and arrange their own food and beverage.
